Types of Assembly Lines
Lanco offers two types of assembly systems: transfer based and rotary indexing tables. If necessary, they may be combined.
Though both are capable of dealing with any assembly challenge, there are situations where one or the other is recommended.

Recommended for the following applications:
- Whereever manual and automatic processes have to be integrated within one single assembly system.
- Whereever different process times have to coexist within one system.
- In case the assembly line needs a flexible and modular concept, e.g. for ulterior enlargements of the system.
- When the space required for feeding and discharging the parts of the essence.

- For smaller parts with high tolerance expectancies and high cycle times.
- Whenever 12 processes or less have to be realised and the accessability is to be granted.
- For fully automatic assemblies with only one or without any manual workstation.
