Training Program for Service Staff

Conditions for Participators

• two years of experience in maintenance and/or setup of assembly lines or atuomated machines.
  
• basic knowledge in pneumatics and electric (24V control engineering) as well as with SPS-controls
  
• Language: English, French or German
  

Theory (2.5 h)

• Structure and handling of the Lanco Documentation
  
• Structure and Handling of the Lanco CD Browser
  
• How to search for errors
  
• Structure of the SPS-control and sequence process programming
  
• Structure of the controls
  
• Preventive measures for rising up the disposability of the machine
  

Practice (4 h)

• Alignment of the Lanco Transfer HFL2002 and HFL2001
  
• Alignment of the sensors (inductive proximity switches, light barriers, reflex feeler, laser feeler)
  
• Search for errors in simulated situations
  
• Maintenance of the Lanco Handling Devices
