Sequence of Operation

1. Load syringe body onto the pallet (manual)
2. Dispense silicone mist into syringe (auto)
3. Bowl feed of loaf seal to pallet (auto; system will reject incorrect orientation of the seal)
4. Bowl feed and assemble plunger rod to seal (auto)
5. System confirms correct plunger (auto)
   
6. Transfer plunger-seal subassembly to syringe body (auto)
7. Pressure test syringe assembly: push-return test (auto)
8. System determinse product status - good or reject (auto)
9. Off-load syringe to conveyor (auto)
