Project Example

Sequence of Operations

  1. De-stack full trays and convey them to the robot unload station.
  2. Empty trays are then conveyed from the unload position to the tray removal station.
  3. Robotic picks Buchings & Header from feeding mechanisms.
  4. Robotic load to mold press.
  5. Remove from mold press.
  6. Coll & load to final tray.
  7. Headers are checked and if they pass, are returned to the pallet.
  8. Headers that fail the test are dropped into the reject chute.
