Sequence of Operations
- De-stack full trays and convey them to the robot unload station.
- Empty trays are then conveyed from the unload position to the tray removal station.
- Robotic picks Buchings & Header from feeding mechanisms.
- Robotic load to mold press.
- Remove from mold press.
- Coll & load to final tray.
- Headers are checked and if they pass, are returned to the pallet.
- Headers that fail the test are dropped into the reject chute.
